Program description
This program sends automated text messages reporting the operational status of monitored infrastructure. Messages are triggered by system events and are not sent on a fixed schedule. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
Eligibility and consent
This program is available to people responsible for the infrastructure being monitored. You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
Consent is given at dansnetworking.com/signup.html, where you enter your own mobile number and check a box — unchecked by default — that reads: “I agree to receive recurring automated infrastructure alert text messages from Dans Networking at the number provided. I confirm I am the owner or authorized user of this number. Message frequency varies and is event-driven. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.” Enrollment does not proceed unless the box is checked. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from this program at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also request removal by contacting info@dansnetworking.com.
To resume messages after opting out, reply START to the sending number.

Carriers and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Changes to service
Dans Networking may modify or discontinue this program at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
Privacy
Information collected through this program is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
